Recently, the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission has announced the sponsorship list of the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan for 2019. Dr. Wu's project "High Temperature Low Cycle Fatigue Life Prediction Model and Method for Nickel-based Single Crystal Turbine Blades" is selected for funding. Shanghai Helan Turbine Power Technology Co., Ltd. is the undertaking unit of the project and it is planed that the project will be implemented within three years.
To vigorously implement the strategy of innovation-driven development, speed up the construction of scientific and technological innovation centers with global influence, encourage and support original innovation research, cultivate scientific and technological innovative talents, and promote balanced, coordinated and sustainable development of various disciplines, the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission launches the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation for 2019 according to the 13th Five-Year Plan of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation. The Shanghai Natural Science Foundation is divided into general project and exploration project, our company is funded for general project.

Fuxian Wu was graduated from the School of Energy & Power Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2016 with receiving PhD on the Aerospace Propulsion Theory and Engineering major. He has been engaged in structural vibration and reliability research, structural strength analysis and optimization design research and small sample theory research.
